徐童,中國科學技術大學特任教授、博士生導師。2010年於浙江大學數學係獲理科學士學位,2016年於中國科學技術大學獲工學博士學位。現任中國中文信息學會青年工作委員會副秘書長、中國中文信息學會情感計算專委會執行委員。研究領域為數據挖掘與社交媒體分析。發表中國計算機學會推薦A類期刊/會議論文60餘篇。主持包括國家優秀青年科學基金在內的國家、省部級科研項目及校企合作項目10餘項。獲2項國際學術會議最佳論文獎或提名,指導學生獲國內外8項學術競賽/測評冠軍。受邀擔任自然語言理解國際旗艦學術會議ACL 2023大會宣傳主席、及ACL、COLING、AACL、ICKG等國際會議領域主席。2022年獲安徽省計算機學會優秀青年科學家獎。
